| From Residenze San Martino, the access
to the most famous places in Umbria and Tuscany is very easy. Reaching
Perugia, by car will be take twenty minutes, forty minutes to Siena, twenty
minutes to Cortona, one and a half hours to Firenze and two hours to Roma.
Passignano has a rail station well connected to Perugia, Roma and Firenze.
Not far from the Trasimeno lake there are a few places such as Chianciano,
Montepulciano e Pienza famous
